I believe that we are all blessed to bless, and I hope to make a difference through my music. I love to sing, and my dream is to touch lives and bring sunshine into the lives of others, through the songs that I write and perform.
I have been involved in singing and piano performances (including classical and pop concerts, as well as large-scale Christian worship services and events) since 1997. Qualified by the British Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), and a graduate of the Music Elective Programme offered by the University of Cambridge, I have also been coaching pianists and singers of diverse ages, backgrounds and musical interests since 2001.
In addition to the piano, I have been actively involved in choral performance since 1996. In 2001, I was appointed Musical Director of my choir, in which position I wrote and arranged choral compositions, as well as provided music and vocal coaching to my members. I’ve also had the opportunity to pick up the violin, guitar and pipe organ at various junctures from 1998 to 2003.
My time on stage has also seen me play in a handbell ensemble, serve as music arranger and lead vocalist of my a capella ensemble, and sing for the Singapore run of the internationally-staged musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
I am currently based in Singapore.
